Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email contains a tracking link — simply click it to see your parcel's latest status directly on the carrier's website.

How to track your parcel

1. Open your shipping confirmation email from Mellena Naturals.
2. Click the Track My Order link in the email.
3. You will be taken to your carrier's tracking page (The Courier Guy, Pargo, RAM, MTE Xpress, or SkyNet) where you can follow your parcel's journey in real time.
